Licensor Robertson has reviewed MERIT and none of the "early learning providers" listed below have a "COVID 19 Requirement met" in MERIT. Ms Thompson was asked for hers on the visit and she did not have one for the licensor to review. COVID 19 Requirement met documents need to be submitted to licensor for review by the following: Susan N Thompson; Lisa Newton; Mindy Jones, Carolyn Adams; Tina Harder; Judy Njoku, Jessica Piekkola. A safety plan was developed for this process. The Early learning providers may also be excluded from the premises until "COVID 19 requirement met" compliance is achieved.
